Click on “Define Button”.

A form will be open.
*
Click on “Add Button”.
*
Write Student name with correct spelling according to B-Form.
*
Write Father/Mother name.
* If
you have any remarks about this student, You can write in “Remarks” cell.
Basic Information
*
Select “Gender” Male/Female.
*
Write “Date of birth” according to B-Form.
* If a
student have a family who are study in your institute, must be mention in
his/her profile.
Note: “Family must be check before making a student profile.”
* Select “Religion, Blood Group and
Nationality”
*
Enter correct “CNIC” number of her/his father/mother.
*
Select image of JPG format with a good pixels of this student.
Address Info
* Double
click /press CTRL button on code cell.
*
Select address code.
* Then
enter home address on “Address cell”.
* If a
student have more than 1 addresses, like (father’s office, Rent, Village etc.)
then again double click/press CTRL button on next bottom cell.
* Then
enter his/her more addresses.
Contact Info
* Double
click /press CTRL button on code cell.
*
Select address code.
*
Enter “Area Code”.
* Then
enter contact number.
* If a
student have more than 1 contact numbers, like (father’s , mother’s, brother,
sister, office etc.) then again double click/press CTRL button
on next bottom cell.
* Then
enter his/her more contact numbers.
* Must
be check on active contact number.
* If a
student is orphaned, check on this cell.
* Also
enter orphaned date.
How to “Edit” a Student Profile?
* If
you have to required some amendments in a student profile, Click on a define
button.
*
Click on a Student Profile.
* Open
Student profile to use “Student Code” search button.
*
After opening a student profile, click on Edit button which is
on the bottom of this profile.
* Now
you can change a student profile.
* If
you satisfy your performance, click on update.
How to “Print” student profile?
*
To print a student profile, select student.
*
Click on “Print” control button.
* Then
you can take print.
